Right of Withdrawal – Smilva GbR
1. Right of Withdrawal and Period
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start when you (or someone you choose) receive the goods.
2. How to Withdraw
Send a clear statement of withdrawal to smilva.official@gmail.com within 14 days. Please include your name, order number, and date.
3. Refunds
We refund all payments (including standard shipping) within 14 days after we receive the goods or proof of return. Extra shipping costs (e.g., Express) are not refunded. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
4. Customer Obligations
You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us. Goods must be well packed and protected. Damage caused by poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Return Costs

If we sent defective or wrong goods: we pay return costs.

In all other cases: the customer pays return costs (including shipping, customs, or other fees).
6. Exceptions (Hygiene Products)
No withdrawal right for sealed hygiene/personal-care products (e.g., toothbrushes, oral brushes, mouth scrubbers) once opened, unless defective.
7. Risk During Return
The risk of transport is ours until we receive the goods. But if goods are badly packed and get damaged, the customer may be held responsible.
8. Loss of Value
If goods show usage beyond normal testing (like in a shop), the refund may be reduced to cover the loss in value.
9. Legal Basis
This withdrawal policy follows EU and German law. Your statutory rights cannot be waived or restricted.
